This empire city the room is big but the aircon is just a air only totally warm & hot.. 1) Aircon worst 2) Toilet upstair elderly not convinent 3) The stair case dangerous not safety 4) The projector totally cannot seen very blur & not clear (China brand cannot use) 5) Parking fees need to paid every entry per hour charge and over night RM6 Overall not recommended this room.. 1star review Importantly the owner must improve the aircon system is totally heat & hot..

The worst unit ive ever stayed in. The pictures posted by the host and the actual unit is very contradicting. Not well maintained the stairs leading to the upper deck are cracked exposing the wooden parquet. Aircond on the upper deck not cold. We informed the host but the reply was thanking us for the feedback instead of rectifying the problem. Overall unit not great at all and ceiling to every corner is dusty. Two toilets on each unit but only one with shower…common toilet without hand soap. Most of the things in the unit is broken. The first and the last time i am staying in this place. Surrounded by abandoned buildings and car parks is so not organized with lobby entrance accessible from the car parks. If only i am allowed to write this with a bit of vulgarity i would!

Clean and comfortable

정말 최악 중 최악입니다. 이 리뷰를 누가 봐주시고 계획에 변동이 있으면 좋겠습니다. 호스트와 연락하기 하늘의 별 따기 입니다. 수건이 놓여있지 않아 연락했더니 받지도 않고요. 한참 뒤에야 연락이 와서 가져다 주네요. 숙소 위치도 최악입니다. 지하 주차장을 통해서만 건물로 이동이 가능합니다. 물이 안나왔습니다. 두시간 정도를 전화하고 생쇼를 한 후에야 처리를 해주네요. 아무래도 방 자체를 관리를 안하는 것 같습니다. 물이 나올 때 확인해보니 녹물이 나와서 한참 틀어놨었습니다. 가격과 사진에 속지 마세요. 제발!! 5인가족 여행이 단란하고 즐거웠는데 마지막 숙소에서 최악의 기억만 갖고 갑니다.

정말 최악이었습니다. 예약변경 하려고 취소요청하고 다시 룸을 구매했지만 취소가 되지않은채 두개의 방을 결제하고 한방만 사용했네요.. 트립닷컴을 믿고 예약했는데 실망스러웠습니다. 그곳을 찾아가는 건 너무 힘들고 어렵고.. 체크인을 하고 나서야 오는 방법을 알려주고..방에는 수건도 없고 저녁에 샤워를 하려고 보니 물도 나오지 않고.. 두밤을 예약했지만 하루만 묵고 나왔습니다. 말레이시아에서 최악이었던 숙소입니다. 절대 가지 마세요.

Comfortable space, clean, recommended

位置於Empire City地點很方便，民宿很大，有廚房有餐具，尚算乾淨，有三張床，可是上層空調非常嘈亦不夠熱，要開風扇。

Our recent stay at this property was unfortunately far from satisfactory. We encountered several issues that significantly impacted our stay: Firstly, there was no specific parking lot provided, and the parking available was not free, which was unexpected and added to our expenses. Secondly, we experienced a prolonged blackout from morning until 4.30 pm. This outage not only made it impossible to use the elevator but also forced us to navigate several flights of stairs to reach the lobby, which was particularly challenging for any guests with mobility issues. Additionally, the stairs within the loft were inadequate for our needs, especially concerning safety for children. There were insufficient handrails, making it precarious and unsafe for them to navigate. Further, a technician also arrived unexpectedly to fix the Unifi connection, disrupting our plans and privacy. This unexpected intrusion was frustrating, as it interrupted our relaxation and privacy during the stay. Clearer communication or scheduling of maintenance activities could have greatly improved our experience. Overall, our experience at this Airbnb was marred by these issues, which significantly detracted from what was meant to be a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We hope that these concerns are addressed for future guests to ensure a more comfortable and safe environment.

The homestay was ok. However, the toilet floor was quite slippery, which was a bit of a concern. It would be helpful if they could address this to prevent any accidents.
